I am sooooooo grateful to be healed. I won’t go into detail about what I have been going through because I beleive that talking about something doesn’t do any good. I will just say that I am eternally grateful to be healed.

It took me a lot of strength, will power, and faith to be healed. And practicing my gratitude for all the amazing things I have in my life only helped to make my healing happen faster. For those of you who are going through tough or trying times. I assure you there is an end and you can be happy. You have to remain strong, and believe with all of your being that will come out of your situation stronger than you could of imagined. And that the hard times will phase out and you will find true happiness.

During what I went through I kept and still keep a gratitude journal, highlighting anything and everything  that I am grateful for. I was grateful for my temporary struggle because of how it brought gratitude to me. I was grateful for everything small, and everything big in my life. I was just grateful for it all.  It helped me to realize I have so many things to be grateful for, and that my focus should be on the good and not the bad.

I encourage you, if your in a trying time, to sit down with a notepad and pen and write down as many things that you can think of that you are grateful for. I promise you it will make a difference.

Thank you! Thank you! Thank you! for my healing, my speedy recovery, my happiness, and my joy!

And thank you so much for reading!

Develop an attitude of gratitude, and give thanks for everything that happens to you, knowing that every step forward is a step toward achieving something bigger and better than your current situation. -Brian Tracy

I have been practicing my morning meditation for a couple of months now. Every morning i wake up and just lay and think about what im grateful for. Grateful because
I am healed. Grateful to wake up and know I am having an amzing day. After i get ready I just sit and meditate for about 5-10 minutes. And in my meditation i am thinking of all the things I have to be grateful for. Ii repeat the words thank you, thank you, thank you, in my mind over and over while i think about all the great things I have in my life.

Practicing thisnin the morning really sets the tone for my day. Rather than going to work and feeling stressed, I am going im peaceful and happy.

I encourage you to try your own kind of meditation or gratitude practice in the morning, youll be amazed at all the things you will feel grateful for as the day progresses.

There is not a more pleasing exercise of the mind than gratitude. It is accompanied with such an inward satisfaction that the duty is sufficiently rewarded by the performance.
Joseph Addison

Even though I had to work on this beautiful Saturday, I’ve decided to be grateful.

Gratfeul for the fact that I have a job. Gratfeful for the fact that my job allows me to make an income for my family. Grateful for the fact that I have a great job with benefits. Grateful that the people I work with are friendly. I could literally go on for a while…. But i think you get the point.

I encourage you that next time you go to work rather than complain about having to work. Make a list about all the things you are grateful for about your job. Whether
its written down or just in your head. Think of as many things you can that you are grateful for about your job until you feel better.

Thank you so so so much for reading!

Good morning, and thank you for reading.
Today my practice is to be grateful for everything I have or see. i started today by saying thank you right as I woke up. And continued to say thank your for every thing that I saw and used. This is a great practice because this allows you to not only start your day right but to remember how many things we truly have in our lives to be grateful for. Just the shear fact that we woke up this morning is a blessing. Doing this practice really puts me in a great place, i encourage you to try it out.

Thank your for reading and stopping by I look forward to hearing from you.

For each new morning with its light, For rest and shelter of the night, For health and food, for love and friends, For everything Thy goodness sends.

Hello All.

I first want to thank you for stopping by and reading!

I have been reading the “The Magic” By Rhonda Byrne, its a great book that more into the law of attraction, but really focuses on gratitude and the impact of what being grateful has in your life. One of the daily practices she has you go over is being grateful for bills. Now at first glance you might think “being grateful for bills?!” “What?, why would I be grateful for having to give away my hard earned money every month?'”. Well if you know anything about gratitude, you know that the more you are grateful for what you have, the more things will come to you to be grateful for. Not meaning that the more you are grateful for your bills the more bills will come to you. But the more you are grateful for your bills the more services, and money will come to you to take care of your bills.

Look at your power bill for example. I know many people these days are upset about how high power bills are and that you HAVE to pay them out every month just to survive. But look at the services that the power company is providing you. If you didn’t have electricity you couldn’t watch TV, power your computer to look at this blog, have your food preserved in a cold refrigerator, have a hot water heater to enjoy your showers and clean your dishes, charge your phones and devices, have heat and a/c. There are a plethora of things that electricity does for us now and days that many people take for granted.

But if you have the right outlook, you will see how truly blessed we are to live in a world with electricity, to be blessed enough to get to have all of these conveniences without effort or second thought. And that  even now and days many people don’t have electricity.

So if that means that I have to pay a company to provide me with all of these amazing services that I benefit from each and every minute of my life. Then all I have to say is THANK YOU! THANK YOU! THANK YOU! So much for providing me with these services, and THANK YOU! THANK YOU! THANK YOU!  For blessing me with the money to pay these bills every month, and still have money for so much more.

Once I started to realize this in my own life, I have seen an immense difference with my feelings towards bills. I have seen so many blessings come into my life both financially and spiritually because of this. It may take a little bit to fix your outlook something you’ve looked at negatively for so long. But I promise that if you practice being grateful for your bills and services received from them. So many more great things will work there way into your life that you couldn’t imagine.

If you haven’t read “The Magic”, you should really try it out. You don’t have to read “The  Secret” to understand this book, its a great book for you to start your practice with gratitude.

Thank you for reading today, and please feel free to comment.

So for the past couple of months I have been writing daily in my gratitude journal. For those of  you who don’t know what a gratitude journal is, its basically like a diary but instead of writing about random thoughts. Your writing about what you are grateful for.

And it can be anything that you have any slightest gratitude towards. From being grateful for being alive to being grateful you have a toothbrush. When I write in my journal I am doing my best to feel the gratitude with all my being, and to focus on how amazing it feels to be grateful. After each thing I write that I am grateful for I also write why I am grateful for that specific thing.

Example: I am so truly grateful for this blog; because it’s a blessing to post and spread gratitude, and I am grateful for each person that visits and read my posts. This blog truly makes me happy to post on each day.

Now your gratitude journal doesn’t have to be exactly like this, the reason I write why I am grateful for the reason I listed is because it makes me think of all the reasons why I am grateful for it. Which to me boosts the feeling of gratitude. It also brings up other things that you feel grateful for in the process that you can add to your list.

I invite you to practice writing a gratitude journal and try to do it for a couple of weeks in a row. Start with listing daily 10 things that you are grateful for. You will be amazed at how many more things you find in your life to be grateful for to add to your journal.

Thank you! Thank you! Thank you! For visiting and reading. I hope you enjoy!

So Thank you for visiting I will be posting a couple of times a week on my practice of gratitude and ideas I have for your journey as well.

Gratitude unlocks the fullness of life. It turns what we have into enough, and more. It turns denial into acceptance, chaos to order, confusion to clarity. It can turn a meal into a feast, a house into a home, a stranger into a friend.
